I spend to much time on comforts (social media, netflix, etc.) and I struggle with focusing.

I never have enough time to fit in my work. Or if I do, it's rushed.

I get all my work done, but I feel like I have no free time.

I study/work hard in my spare time, but I'm not seeing results/I can't remember information.
